Our Policies
At The Hair Co, we guarantee our work — if you’re not happy with your results, let us know within 7 days, we’d be happy to make it right. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for services received.
A credit card is required to book any reservation, whether online or by phone.
We understand that life happens! We simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling, so we can offer that time to another guest.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: a $25 fee per service booked will be charged to the card on file.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: a fee of 50% of total services booked or $25 per service (whichever is higher) will be charged to the card on file.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, 50% of total services booked or $25 per service (whichever is higher) will be charged to the card on file.
