Associate Program
Our associate program is perfect for stylists who recently got their cosmetology or hair design license, or a stylist looking for mentoring and training to help round out skills and grow confidence.
This is a 25 to 40 week comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business development. Our associates work with dedicated stylists to grow into skilled service providers. The Hair Co. is dedicated to promoting an environment of growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that each associate graduates from the program with a seamless transition and all the skills necessary to have a successful career in the industry.
Must have:
-WA state Cosmetology or Hair Design license
-A happy personality and eagerness to learn and willingness to be trained
If you feel you have the experience and technical skill to join our team as a Level Stylist and do not need the associate program training, please feel free to submit a resume. We will contact you and set up a couple of practical services to evaluate your technical skill and guest handling experience.
